Are tyres included in my subscription?

We will replace tyres when they are close to the legal limit, this will only apply when the wear is caused by normal use and not from any abuse or damage incurred on the tyres. We will replace a tyre once it reaches a tread depth of 2mm.

We ask that you regularly ensure that tyres are correctly inflated. If you need to know the recommended pressure for your tyres, please consult the car’s manual which we’ll place in the glovebox.

Do I need to service the vehicle?

Servicing is included as part of your subscription, we partner with a nationwide network of providers to ensure that you’re not too far away from one of the centres. We’ll let you know when your vehicle is due to be serviced.

How do I return my vehicle?

If you want to return your vehicle, simply contact us by calling 0330 118 0947 or emailing subscriptions@drivefuze.com. We will ask you to select a day to have your car collected. If you are unable to make the vehicle available for collection before or on the last day of subscription, you shall be liable to pay the daily rate for any additional time for which you have the vehicle. This shall be calculated using the Daily Subscription Rate included in the Subscription Agreement.

On the day, our driver will collect and inspect the vehicle, take an odometer reading before asking you to sign and confirm collection. We will validate the collection inspection and contact you with any damage charges. You will be liable for repairs (which must be carried out by a repair centre approved by Drive Fuze) and all charges if the vehicle has been damaged inside or outside (whether or not it’s the Driver’s fault) at any time when such damage is discovered or reported. This includes but is not limited to:

  • After the discovery of damage following re-inspection of the Vehicle when returned by the Driver to Drive Fuze

  • If the Vehicle needs more than Drive Fuze’s standard valeting (cleaning) upon return of the Vehicle to Drive Fuze.
